Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Service Cancellation
    You may cancel your subscription or service at any time. Cancellations must be requested by contacting us directly at support@clotusinfotech.com. Please note that service cancellations are subject to our approval and may require a notice period, as specified in your service agreement.
  2. Refunds
    Refunds are available in limited cases and may apply if the service does not meet the specifications outlined in your contract, or if we fail to deliver as per agreed timelines. To request a refund, please reach out to our support team within 15 days of service activation.
  3. Non-Refundable Services
    Certain services, such as custom development, consulting hours, and one-time setup fees, are non-refundable once work has commenced. Subscription-based services may be eligible for a partial refund based on usage and as per the vendor’s cancellation policy.
  4. Chargebacks
    Any chargebacks raised by the client will lead to immediate service suspension until the matter is resolved. We reserve the right to seek legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.
  5. Policy Changes
    We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy as necessary. Changes will be updated on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised policies.
